The CVR Virtual Microscope is a tool designed to supplement histopathological micrographs presented in standard publications. The tool contains whole organ scanned tissue sections that can be accessed in their entirety, and visualised at various magnifications, as if they were observed under a microscope.
This tool provides the user with a comprehensive spatial context of highlighted features (eg virus infected cells, extension of histopathological lesions etc) within the whole tissue slide.
